Every project is unique; below is a typical workflow to take your demo from idea to finished master:

pre-production and song plan

We review your demo together, dialing in the vision and structure before touching a note. I produce a song plan mapping out the roadmap, timeline, specific outcomes you need and a fixed project quote — with zero financial surprises, giving you a clear production plan ideal for funding and grant applications.

tracking arrangement

We crystallize the baseline song form — its tempo and structure — and I develop parts and lines for guitar, bass, drums and beats, adding broad-brush synth and orchestral layers.

vocal tracking and editing

If you have already tracked vocals, I can build the production directly around your performance. If you are recording remotely, we work together to get the best sound from your setup, or coordinate a session at a local studio. I then take care of comping, timing and tuning — from raw human emotion to modern pitch polish, strictly to your preference.

finalize arrangement and mix

Once key parts are down, the track begins to come together. We then refine the record through an open, creative conversation — the arrangement may evolve (such as echoing vocal melodies on strings) — working iteratively until the track is exactly where it needs to be.

mastering and stem delivery

I master the record and take care of any final balance adjustments. If you are interested in remixes or sync (film/TV licensing), I produce instrumental and TV mixes alongside stems. As a registered member of PRS for Music, I also provide clear split sheets and metadata guidance to ensure your publishing and royalties are protected from day one.
