4. copyright and confidentiality

Your creative work is 100% confidential. You retain full copyright and ownership of any audio, lyrics, compositions and stems submitted to Niamh Productions. We do not distribute, broadcast or publish your music unless you ask us to do so, and only ever in connection with the services we provide you.

Once your music is commercially released, we may choose to link to your official releases (e.g. Spotify, Apple Music, Bandcamp) or feature short portfolio excerpts celebrating your record. We may also invite you to provide testimonials to share with prospective clients.

5. data retention and your rights

If an enquiry does not proceed to a booked project, we remove any submitted audio files and demos from our systems within 28 days of your last communication.

For active client projects, we retain contact details and correspondence only for as long as necessary to manage our working relationship or comply with UK accounting and legal requirements.

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request the deletion of your personal details and submitted audio files
